Our story
Property management, done properly
UnityStays is a property management company specialising in short-stay and serviced accommodation. We take fully furnished properties and turn them into professionally run, high-performing lets — handling everything from guest bookings to cleaning, pricing and maintenance.
We manage our own homes in London, Manchester and York and look after properties for landlords across the UK, running on a professional software stack for pricing, guest communication and owner reporting. Everything is systemised, transparent and built to deliver a consistent result — for guests and owners alike.
